This Notice of Claim is being delivered to you in person, or mailed or emailed to you at your address shown on your Agreement, or, if written change of address has been received in accordance with the Agreement, to that address. Notice by mail is considered delivered when this notice, properly addressed with postage prepaid, is deposited with the United States Postal Service or common carrier. Notice by email is considered delivered when sent to the last known email address of the tenant provided in the Agreement or in a written change of email address received in accordance with the Agreement. If seizure has occurred, this notice is being sent by email or any method of mailing that provides evidence of mailing. RECOVERING YOUR PROPERTY. You may obtain the contents of the space prior to sale or transfer to a vehicle storage facility by paying all charges due (subject to any lienholder redemption rights provided by law).
